It focuses on recognizing different forms of workplace harassment; verbal, physical, psychological, and digital and understanding how to prevent and address them effectively.
Participants are guided through Nepal’s legal framework on workplace conduct, ensuring organizations remain compliant with national labor laws and ethical standards. The training also includes real-world case studies that highlight common workplace scenarios and their consequences, helping participants connect theory with practice.
Through interactive roleplay exercises and guided discussions, employees learn how to respond confidently and appropriately to sensitive situations. The program also strengthens communication skills so teams can address concerns early, reduce conflict, and promote a culture of dignity, inclusion, and mutual respect across the organization.
